Albion Cast Iron is a premium cast iron wheel that offers the highest tensile strength in the industry (30,000 psi). Cast iron can withstand high temperatures.
The wheels have a relief groove at the base of the "V", which helps equalize the the load to each face of the angle track when in operation. Wheel face and bore are marchined for concentricity to proper tracking. These wheels can be used not only on a track, but any flat surfaces. When using a track, please be aware that track alignment is critical for proper operation.
